Graduated in economics and commerce at Cà Foscari University in Venice with 110/110. In 1995 qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a Registered Accountant and Auditor.
A significant level of experience was achieved while working for international Companies, both as an auditor (KPMG) and tax consultant in respect of international and national taxation (Ernst & Young).
He is auditor of many industrial, commercial and real estate Companies. He is speaker in business training courses who also collaborates with the principal tax publications.

In 2011 she obtained the title of Legal and Commercial Mediator.

MARCO BELLAGAMBA
Marco Bellagambais a qualified lawyer (Venice 2001) registered in the Padua Bar Association since 2003.
Marco graduated in law (1998) from the “La Sapienza” University in Rome with full marks.
He specialized in Tax law (“A. Berliri” course, Bologna University – 1999) and holds a Master in “National and international tax planning” (Ernst & Young Business School, Rome – 2002).
He worked in Padua with the Ernst & Young Tax and Legal firm from 2002 to 2006.
Since 2006 he is in charge of the SFL legal practice, advicing clients on legal and commercial matters.
Marco is a member of several Boards of Directors (referred to 231/2001 Italian Statute); he has published articles concerning legal issues.

She has a degree in Economics and Law at the Department of Economic and Business Sciences of the University of Padua with 110/110. She attended a Master in Tax Law of Enterprises, at the Ipsoa, Milano, gaining significant expertise in national and international taxation.
She is qualified as Chartered Accountant and is a Registered Accountant and Auditor from 2010. She is also registered with the Register of Auditors of Local Authorities from 2013. In 2011 she obtained the title of Legal and Commercial Mediator.
She holds the position of statutor auditor for some commercial, industrial and real estate Companies. She is a speaker at learning courses. She also collaborated with the University of Padua.
She could issue the compliance visa for fiscal purposes related to VAT refund and/or compensations.
Stefania Carrara
LUCA SCARPA
Graduated in Administration, Finance and Control at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with honors, he is qualified as Chartered Accountant and is a Registered Accountant and Auditor.
He is active in tax and budget consultancy, assisting companies in identifying the main tax benefits available and planning their use for business development.
He accompanies SMEs in the digitisation and automation of business processes related to VAT compliance.
Through his specialisation in management control (SAF Triveneto course) he was able to develop business plans for the development of start-ups and SMEs.
Since 2019 member of the Study Commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Padua Access to credit and innovative start-ups.
He has gained teaching experience at the ADACTA Academy, in training organisations accredited by the Region (FOREMA – NIUKO) and at CUOA Business School.

She carried out his forensic practice at the Salerno State District Avvocature and in favor of this Office she also held the position of Representative in court of the Administration pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2 of the TU of the Laws and Juridical Norms on the representation and defense in court of the State and on the organization of the State Attorney’s Office, approved with R.D. no. 1611/33.
She obtained the Specialization Diploma for the Legal Professions with honors at the University of Salerno.
During her professional career she has gained significant experience in administrative and civil litigation, assisting clients both in the out-of-court and in-court phases.
She collaborates with the legal area of the Firm, dealing with out-of-court consultancy for companies and civil litigation.
